Hi, I’m Erika. And I’m reinventing right alongside you.
I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and realize the woman looking back is ready for more. The Reinvention House was born from my own journey of discovery in my 50s. A desire to create a space where we aren't defined by our past roles, but by our future possibilities. I'm here to host you in a weekend space designed for connection, laughter, and the beautiful work of becoming who you want to be next.
Life beyond 50 doesn't mean becoming less visible. It should be the beginning of becoming more intentional about how we live. I'm a wife, mom, grandmother, entrepreneur and a woman navigating my own next chapter. I've spent the last several years learning what reinvention really looks like, in real life. It's been exciting, and even a little messy at times. It's been a lot about me getting real with myself and admitting, that I've simply been in my own way. I've committed to becoming mentally and physically healthier. In turn, I realized I deserved to be a part of my own plans again. That's why I created Reinvent You 50+. Not because I have every answer. I don't. I created it because I believe women our age deserves spaces where we can talk honestly about what's next. While still laughing, traveling, getting dressed up, making new acquaintances and actually LIVING. The Reinvention House is that space.

These are the pioneers, the visionaries, and the seekers who believe that life after 50 is not about slowing down, but about beginning again with more intention than ever. In this intimate luxury setting, you won't just be an attendee; you will be part of a legacy of connection and transformation. Together, we are redefining what it means to enter a new chapter with grace, fire, and absolute possibility.

Secure your place with $497 upon acceptance. Payment options available. Nonrefundable reservation payment. Applications open November 2026. Founding 15 selected December 2026. Reservation payment due within 48–72 hours of acceptance. Installments in December, January, and February. Final balance due 45 days before the experience.
Travel to and from Orlando and personal expenses are not included.

A Note About The Founding 15
To preserve some of the magic of The Reinvention House, not every detail will be shared publicly. Selected members of The Founding 15 will receive access to a private, detailed FAQ covering accommodations, travel, payments, rooming, dietary considerations, what to bring, weekend logistics, policies and everything needed to prepare for the experience.
For now, you don’t need to have everything figured out. You just have to decide you’re ready to discover what’s next.
What is The Reinvention House?
The Reinvention House is an intimate, application-only luxury weekend experience created exclusively for women 50+ who are ready to connect, recharge, celebrate, explore and discover what’s next.
When and where will The Reinvention House take place?
The inaugural Reinvention House experience will take place in Orlando, Florida in April 2027. Exact dates and property details will be shared with selected guests.
How many women will attend?
Just 15 women will be selected for our inaugural experience. The Founding 15. Keeping the group intentionally small allows us to create a more personal, meaningful and elevated experience.
Why is there an application process?
Because this experience is about more than filling rooms. We’re thoughtfully curating a group of women who are open to connection, new experiences, meaningful conversations and embracing what’s next.
Is there a cost to apply?
No. There is no fee or financial commitment to submit an application. Selected applicants will receive complete investment and payment information before deciding whether to secure their place.
What will the weekend include?
Expect a thoughtfully curated blend of connection, elevated experiences, wellness, great food, meaningful conversations, photographs, celebration, fun and a few surprises we’re keeping under wraps.
Is this a conference or retreat?
Neither. Not a conference. Not a retreat. A house full of discovery. There will be no packed ballroom schedule or weekend spent sitting through presentation after presentation. The Reinvention House is designed to feel personal, relaxed, engaging and unlike the traditional event experience.
What happens after I apply?
Applications will be personally reviewed. Women selected for The Founding 15 will receive an official invitation along with instructions for securing their place.
